Our agency has also developed a partnership with a Spanish real estate agency on the "COSTA BRAVA" in order to assist our French clients in the acquisition of a property in the region of Spanish Catalonia.
All our consultants are English-speaking and speak several languages.

Our agency and its financial partners support and advise the buyer as well as possible according to his patrimonial situation and ensure that the property of the selling owner is not immobilized without prior security.
  • a security for the purchaser with regard to the quality and consistency of the property acquired: our agency protects both the seller and the buyer against structural problems that may affect the property being sold by identifying and managing them on their behalf (roof expertise report and retrofit estimate, electrical installation expertise report and retrofit estimate, structural cracks on houses expertise report and treatment estimate, certificate of living space per room for non-subject properties / deviation of more than 5%, 10-year guarantee insurance contracts for properties or works - 10 years, certificate of non-opposition to the conformity of works for houses - 10 years provided to buyers although not mandatory)
  • Anticipation and optimization of the tax cost of real estate transactions: optimization of the cost of inheritance tax and capital gains tax on real estate disposals.
